Welcome to SABPay – India's Most Trusted Platform for Recharge, Money Transfer & AEPS Services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering on SABPay or using any of our services (Recharge, Money Transfer, AEPS, etc.), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided: SABPay offers the following services: Mobile/DTH Recharge (Prepaid & Postpaid), Electricity and Utility Bill Payments via BBPS, Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), AEPS-based Cash Withdrawals, PAN, Insurance, and Other B2B Financial Services.

3. User Responsibilities: You must be 18 years or older to register and use SABPay services. Ensure your account details, Aadhaar, and bank information are accurate and up to date. Do not share your login credentials with others. Use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.

4. Wallet and Transactions: All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except in cases of system errors. SABPay is not responsible for delays or failures due to technical issues from third-party service providers.

5. AEPS & Fingerprint Authentication: AEPS services require Aadhaar authentication via fingerprint. Ensure your biometric device (like Mantra MFS110) is working properly. SABPay shall not be liable for any rejection due to biometric mismatch or UIDAI errors.

6. Refund & Cancellation: Recharge and bill payment transactions are generally non-refundable. For failed transactions where the amount is debited but service not delivered, refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. Refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.

7. Limitation of Liability: SABPay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our platform due to maintenance or force majeure conditions.

8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of those changes.
